Business Line Manager - Transportation

You'll also play a key part in mentoring staff, identifying training needs, and fostering a high-performing team. What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives for the Massachusetts transportation sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting technical staff in doing the same.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities, creating client engagement strategies.
Lead proposal development, client presentations, and interviews.
Represent the company at industry associations, networking events, and seminars.
Mentor and support team members by assessing training needs and introducing new technologies to improve efficiency and expertise.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; a P.E. license in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
15+ years of experience in transportation design, with expertise in highway or bridge projects.
Proven ability to lead large-scale transportation projects from inception to completion.
Experience working with MassDOT is highly desirable.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Expertise in contract negotiations, scope development, and project budgeting.
A proactive and strategic mindset, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
