Production Worker
Start your new career as a Production Worker with MAU at our client in LaGrange, GA. As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain production equipment while supporting manufacturing goals through teamwork, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Assembly experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift
- Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently
What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:
- Operate machinery and load/unload parts
- Inspect and gauge parts for quality
- Record production and quality data
- Assist in training new operators
- Support engineering changes and new part introductions
- Maintain flexibility to work different shifts as needed
- Mentor new team members
- Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions
- Support IATF 16949 standards and escalate or stop processes involving non-conforming products
- Lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
- Perform additional duties as assigned
