Practice Overview:

• EMR Platform – EPIC
• Gainesville, Georgia
• 4 ten-hour days
• Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care seeing patients 10 years old and up
• Caring for patients in a growing community
• Well-trained and experienced staff
