Our client is seeking enthusiastic and confident professionals to join their growing Customer Experience Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You will help customers with questions about policies, billing, underwriting, and more.
You’ll represent our clients brand with energy, professionalism, and empathy. While turning every interaction into a positive experience.

- Title: Customer Experience Representative
- Locations: Atlanta, GA (30339)
- Pay: $20/hour (Increase to $23/hour after training and milestone completion, typically within 6 months)
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $1,000 (Based on company performance)
- Schedule: 8am–7pm (Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift and every 3rd Saturday: 9am–5:30pm)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate, personalized support on policy and billing questions.
- Investigate issues, analyze situations, and find the best possible solutions for each customer.
- Use internal systems to review, update, and manage policy information efficiently.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay organized, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet performance goals.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and agents through clear communication and genuine care
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in customer support, problem-solving, or client interaction.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Confident decision-maker with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Tech-savvy with solid computer navigation and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and professional phone presence.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – A big plus!
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or other client-facing roles.
