Job Description

Job Requirement: Availability for Evenings, Overnight, and Weekends

The ideal candidate for this position must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. The role covers open schedules and monitors various site locations to ensure continuous and effective operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Coverage : Ensure all open schedules are covered, particularly during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
• Site Monitoring : Regularly monitor and oversee site locations to maintain security standards and address any issues that may arise.

Pay rate: $40,000 yearly

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Must complete the State of Georgia 24-hour basic security officer course within six months of hire
• Must complete applicable Safety & Environmental Rules training
• Conduct routine patrols in and around the building using Lighthouse
• Interact with residents, visitors, staff, and the public in a professional, but friendly manner
• Investigate and handle disturbances and, as needed, obtain police and law enforcement assistance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have armed license or experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Attention to detail is a plus.
• 1-year Supervisor experience preferred.
