We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles, trucks, & equipment. We are a family owned business with endless work. This is a commission based position that pays 30% of billiable hours. Shop hours are 8am - 6,7,8pm Mon - Fri. Must have reliable transportation and tools. Responsibilities:
- Repair trucks, buses, commercial equipment and other motor vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
