Client Experience Coordinator
Were looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and making sure no detail falls through the cracks. In this role, you'll be a friendly, reliable point of support for our clients—handling communication, coordinating requests, and helping ensure every interaction feels smooth and thoughtful.
What You'll Do
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Support day-to-day coordination and assist with service-related requests
Share clear, accurate information tailored to each clients needs
Keep client records organized and up to date
Proactively follow up to ensure a positive and consistent client experience
Use internal tools and systems to manage workflows efficiently
Who You Are
