Systems Commissioning Engineer

responsibilities:

• Support the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day operation of distributed commissioning test applications across project sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with test instruments, network infrastructure, load bank controllers, and power quality meters.
• Establish, configure, and maintain wired and wireless networks to keep critical commissioning site operations connected.
• Partner closely with remote engineering teams, tracking all site incidents in team tooling while providing clear status updates and risk escalations.

qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a systems engineering, site engineering, field technician, or technical infrastructure support role.

Proven experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting both wired and wireless network infrastructure on active industrial or job sites.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting physical hardware instruments, sensors, or electrical/mechanical test equipment.

Willingness and flexibility to travel 15-25% to US East Coast project sites to support onsite platform setup and validation milestones.
