Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse is needed to support a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma center environment. This travel nursing opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role working primarily in the Emergency Department, with the flexibility to float to acute units such as med/surg, stepdown, or ICU as patient needs arise. This position is ideal for a skilled RN with a strong background in emergency care ready to make an immediate impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to emergency patients and those boarding in the ED from other units
- Adapt quickly to changing patient acuity and float between ED and acute care units as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Maintain compliance with BLS, ACLS, and TNCC protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication regarding patient status and care plans
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with at least 2 years experience in a busy Level 1 trauma center or similar-sized facility
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients effectively
- Resume with no employment gaps, ED skills checklist, and strong professional references from emergency nursing
