ID Technology We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator Lead for the 2nd shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

Are you intrigued about this work?

• Maintain open communication and work closely with production employees
• Ensure press operators are working according to schedule
• Communicate with alternate shift lead/supervisor on daily activities, schedule maintenance, etc.
• Monitor floor to ensure output objectives are being met
• Keep shop floor areas clean and uncluttered
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
• Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
