As a **Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Operations** in **Griffin, GA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the facility.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
+ Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points at the location.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
