Manufacturing Operations Manager

LUXE Linear Drains is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and oversee our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our high-end linear drain products. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production schedules and high-quality output.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and supply chain teams to align production activities with company goals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and build a motivated manufacturing team through effective leadership and training initiatives.
  • Monitor manufacturing KPIs and prepare detailed reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all manufacturing staff.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and production planning to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and production optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
