Maintenance Tech
This is skilled work in the maintenance repair and installation in buildings and assigned areas using equipment as required. Carries out duties both independently and as a team member in specific assigned projects. Ensures inspections of assigned zones are carried out and deficiencies are recorded and corrected in a timely manner. Coordinates department repairs with the least amount of impact on patient care. Ensures all paperwork is completed on time and correctly.
High School Diploma or GED
1 year or more of experience in general maintenance
Demonstrates knowledge of basic general maintenance such as electrical, pluming, HVAC, refrigeration, and carpentry.
Valid state drivers license
Preferred: Experience in healthcare environment
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 to 5
