Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time Unit Secretary to join our long-term care facility in Allentown, PA.
Monday to Friday from 2:45pm - 11:15pm.

Responsibilities for a Unit Secretary with Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties relating to the updating and organizing or information on the nursing neighborhoods; taking off physician orders, coordinating work within the neighborhood as well as with other neighborhoods and departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries and requests from staff personnel, etc.
Requirements for a Unit Secretary with Phoebe Allentown:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in electronic charting preferred.
