About the BDR Role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the frontlines of growth — sparking conversations, opening doors, and setting up opportunities for the sales team to deliver impactful solutions. Every outreach you make is a chance to help mission-driven organizations and enterprises alike unlock the insights they need to create meaningful change.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and engage decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Educate prospects on how insights and experience management tools can transform their work
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Consistently hit (and exceed) outreach and conversion targets
Master CRM tools, sales best practices, and outbound strategies while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification
