Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Experienced Registered Nurses with Med Surg expertise are needed for a dynamic role based in Sylvester, GA. This contract opportunity offers the chance to apply your clinical skills in a supportive hospital environment with flexible scheduling between day and night shifts.

Schedule/Hours:

• 15 Day Shifts (06:45 AM start, 12-hour shifts)
• 15 Night Shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in various units including Medical-Surgical, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, and Acute Care
• Float between units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in patient care assignments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, and OB/Neonatologists
• Maintain pliance with current certifications and hospital protocols
• Utilize EMR systems such as Meditech for documentation and patient management
• Act as Charge Nurse when assigned, overseeing patient care and unit operations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum two years nursing experience plus one pleted travel assignment, or four years nursing experience without travel
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; additional certifications (ASLS, NIHSS) preferred depending on unit
• fortable managing nurse-to-patient ratios typically 1:6 on Med Surg units
• Ability to adapt to a changing workload with floating and varying patient acuities
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent munication skills
