What You'll Be Doing
Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience, and providing the entire restaurant with alcoholic beverages. This includes:
- Providing exceptional hospitality.
- Pouring drinks and serving food from behind the bar.
- Knowledge of our food and beverage menus.
- Working knowledge of cocktails, mixing techniques, and quality control
- Having a great attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
- Maintaining standards of food quality, food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness
What We Require of You
- Must have ServSafe Alcohol certification prior to the first day of work (easy to get one if you don't already have it!)
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
