Service Supervisor (Lead Maintenance)

Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth, GA! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Requirements

• At least five years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call for two weeks every 4th week for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call for 2 weeks every 4th week for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
