Bartender

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and experienced bartender to join our team at CTR Food Works.
CTR Food Works is a community-focused food hall offering a vibrant mix of dining, hospitality, and event experiences in an energetic and welcoming environment in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Our bartenders are essential to delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy bar environment.

Bartender Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle high-volume service while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Prepare beer, wine, spirits, and standard mixed drinks efficiently.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age requirements.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies throughout service.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management during service.
• Stay guest-focused and help create an excellent overall experience.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and beverage regulations.
• Support smooth service flow during busy shifts and peak periods.

Bartender Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, food hall, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of standard cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver bar supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to provide friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back.
