**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or potential threats within the property.
+ Interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
+ Document incidents and complete required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as directed by site-specific policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
