Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer for a leading engineering consulting firm based near Roswell, GA. This role is responsible to perform calculations to size pumps, controls valves, and analyze the performance of piping systems. This is a contract to hire job opportunity. APPLY NOW! location: Alpharetta, Georgia

work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements
- Utilize simulation and analytical tools to evaluate heat transfer and stress, ensuring safety and compliance
- Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings using 3D Modeling Software and AutoCAD to support design development.
- Perform stress analysis and friction loss calculations to evaluate piping systems under various load conditions and optimize designs accordingly.
- Conduct heat transfer analysis to ensure thermal management and system efficiency in mechanical assemblies.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications to support design validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Must have four (4) years of experience in mechanical engineering design and development
- Experience with friction loss calculations and system hydraulics analysis
- Heat transfer and stress analytical skills
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
