Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:55 AM until completion
Availability: Weekday availability required (no weekends)
Pay: $17/hour (paid weekly)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Verifier to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure shipment accuracy by inspecting, counting, and verifying products against shipping documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a high level of accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
• Count and inspect products to ensure alignment with bills of lading, packing slips, and manifests
• Identify and report discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damaged items
• Accurately enter and track data using warehouse systems or handheld scanners
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel, supervisors, and drivers to resolve issues
• Maintain organized records and complete all required documentation
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and orderly
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday through Friday with a flexible end time
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Good communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous experience in inventory control, auditing, or warehouse operations preferred
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
