What You'll Do:

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of facility and machine maintenance to keep our service center running at peak performance. You’ll:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team while fostering strong partnerships with production and engineering.

• Oversee repair and maintenance of machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical, and computerized systems (e.g., conveyors, pumps, motors, HVAC, wash machines).

• Expand preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

• Perform root cause analysis on failures and lead cost-saving, efficiency-improving projects.

• Manage spare parts inventory, purchasing, and R&M budgets.

• Ensure food safety and sanitation equipment is maintained in top condition.

• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, electrical, and process control systems.

• Champion a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maintenance Connection, MP2).

• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, compressors, instrumentation, HVAC, boilers, and industrial wash machines.

• Food or beverage industry experience preferred, with an understanding of strict food safety requirements.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage budgets, and experience leading continuous improvement projects.

• Welding/fabrication and Lean 5S knowledge a plus.

• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility; relocation is not available for this role.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, exempt salaried role.

• Core hours: Monday–Friday, on-site before 7:00 AM to oversee line startup (typically around 6:30 AM).

• Standard schedule: 45–50 hours per week, with additional hours or weekend call-outs as needed based on business demands.
