**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.
+ Provide customer service by assisting employees and visitors with access-related inquiries and directions.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
+ Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
+ Participate in emergency response activities as outlined in site-specific procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
