Role Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Document Controller to create, manage, and maintain production documentation. This role standardizes handcrafted assembly processes, supports consistent quality, and enables scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and visual process documentation
- Capture hands-on processes from technicians and craftsmen
- Manage document control systems, revision history, and approval workflows
- Maintain SharePoint libraries and documentation structure
- Support process documentation for new vehicle models and custom-builds
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing documentation (automotive preferred)
- Experience in custom, specialty, or low-volume production settings
- Strong technical writing and visual documentation skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused
Preferred
- Spanish language ability
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or ERP documentation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
