We are looking for motivated, team players with
excellent attention to detail to join our YES Energy Bill Pay Team!

What You’ll Do:

• Process direct client payments to vendors accurately and
  efficiently
• Conduct vendor analysis to ensure timely and
  correct payments
• Resolve payment exceptions and troubleshoot vendor issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to support Yardi clients and
  ensure smooth operations

Who You Are:

• Associate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or
  related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and 10-key
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level
• Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Ideal to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or
  related field
• One plus (1+) years of accounting experience
• Experience with high-volume financial transactions
