• $10/HR BASE PAY
• 10% COMMISSION ON EVERY SALE (once service is complete)

Average Job = $600

Commission Per Job = $60

Close 10 Jobs:

Close 15 Jobs:

● $900 Commission

● $1,200 TOTAL

That’s $45–$60 per hour effective pay.
