Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.10 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:30pm to 06:30am )

• Must work 12 hour shifts, including weekends if mandatory. Stand, push, pull, bend, lift, twist and walk long distance.
• Lift up to 30lbs.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Monitor and follow (SOPs) procedures for accuracy and compliance. Replace absent team members on the line to maintain workflow.
• Support daily production operations.
• Assembly line support various positions.
• Physical demands may include safely handling multiple, continuous parts flow in and out of operations work areas.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, forward and overhead reach, forceful grip and fine manipulation.

Assembly Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12 hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Have basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and SOP's.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements.
• Preferred experience using hand tools.
• Maintain strong teamwork, communication and attendance.
• Ability to work in a face paced, high volume production environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to cross-train.
