Position: Membership Sales & Service Specialist
Location: Richmond Hill, GA
Employment Type: Part-Time

Are you passionate about fitness, people, and building a strong local community? We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and goal-driven individual to join our Membership Team at Anytime Fitness Richmond Hill !

This role is all about creating a warm, welcoming environment while helping potential members find their perfect fitness home—and existing members feel supported every step of the way. If you're someone who brings good energy, loves meaningful conversations, and thrives in a fast-paced setting... this might be the perfect fit

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting members and guests with a smile and positive attitude

• Giving gym tours and confidently talking about our membership options

• Managing leads and follow-up texts/calls to potential new members

• Supporting members with account questions, class signups, and general assistance

• Promoting gym challenges, referral programs, and local partnerships

• Keeping our space clean, organized, and member-ready at all times

• Collaborating with the team to hit weekly and monthly goals

• Contributing to a culture of joy, motivation, and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with technology

• Available for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

• A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
