Part Time Admin Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Respond to emails and assist with correspondence
• Create and distribute newsletters and other communications
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and file organization
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team
• Flexible hours based on candidate availability

Part Time Admin Assistant Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic computer proficiency (email, document creation, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable and self-motivated Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
• Up to date resume on file (or ability to create a resume)

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
