Senior Product Manager - Remote

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Catalyst product for SMB customers. In this role, you'll lead the full product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to define and prioritize a roadmap that drives both user success and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a product that contributes to meaningful climate impact. What You'll Do Shape Product Strategy - Work with the Head of Product to define and execute a bold vision for our platform. Develop a data-informed roadmap that delivers both immediate wins and long-term impact. Lead Discovery Efforts - Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities. Translate insights into actionable product hypotheses, validating them through testing and iteration. Prioritize and Execute - Make strategic decisions based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs. Communicate trade-offs effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Refine and Improve - Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs and advocating for solutions that balance both user and business goals. Gather feedback, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement. Facilitate Collaboration - Serve as the bridge between engineering, go-to-market (GTM), and customer success teams, ensuring seamless execution of product initiatives. Keep stakeholders aligned and informed through proactive communication. Drive Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of industry trends in climate tech and product management. Seek feedback, embrace learning opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth. What You'll Bring You're a customer-centric, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You love uncovering user needs, rallying teams around a shared vision, and driving impactful solutions. You're proactive, adaptable, and excited about working in an innovative startup environment. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear product requirements
A talent for balancing competing priorities and making quick, well-informed decisions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality execution
Experience at an early-stage startup (a plus!)
