Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in enterprise data center and computer operations.
- Proficiency in Control-M automated job scheduling and TPE/BPE management tools.
- Experience with Network Operations Center monitoring for LAN/WAN, MPLS, and TCP/IP.
- Experience in distributed server environments running AIX, Linux, and Windows systems.
- Experience with data center infrastructure including UPS, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience with Change, Incident, and Problem Management within an ITIL framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor BPE/TPE transactions and automated batch job flows using Control-M.
- Manage data center environmental, electrical, and UPS infrastructure stability.
- Oversee network system health to ensure consistent statewide connectivity and access.
- Perform production control tasks and troubleshoot alerts across distributed server platforms.
- Coordinate hardware and software maintenance activities with external technology vendors.
- Execute incident management and asset tracking procedures for data center hardware.
- Maintain high-quality printed output and verify defect-free production for centralized IT systems.
