Cashier / Customer Service Team Member
The Gelatist – Sandy Springs, GA
We are looking for energetic and friendly team members to join our authentic Italian gelato shop! If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Serve gelato, pastries, coffee, and desserts neatly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and service stations
Restock cups, toppings, napkins, and supplies as needed
Answer customer questions about flavors and menu items
Work as a team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
Friendly personality and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
