Customer Service Assistant (Bilingual) - At Venezuelan Store
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at the register.
Operate coffee machine, food warmer, and deli equipment.
Keep the Front Customer Service (FCS) area clean and organized.
Monitor and report supply inventory in MarginEdge or to the supervisor.
Support team members during peak hours.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Schedule:
Flexible hours, including weekends and peak times (9–11 AM, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM, 5–8 PM).
