Maintenance Mechanic Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 to $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

Troubleshoots and repairs lift trucks, pallet jacks, cat fork trucks, and conveyor systems, including hydraulics, motors, drives, tires/wheels, cylinders, electrical/mechanical components, GMS, PLCs, RTS, and fabricates parts as needed. Performs preventative maintenance and operates battery change and floor-cleaning equipment. Conducts building maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, racking repairs, painting, and drywall. Completes daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections. Ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. Performs repairs in confined or awkward positions, under extreme temperatures, in fast-paced environments with exposure to noise and heights. Walks long distances, sits or stands for extended periods, and frequently bends, stoops, squats, or kneels.

Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

Operates hand and power tools, band saws, drill presses, lathes, measuring tools, and rolling stock equipment. Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Uses computers for sortview, RTC, HSM, VFD, and RTS systems; strong math and computer skills. Communicates effectively and collaborates with team members. Knowledgeable in Electricity I and IV, including motor controls and AC/DC electrical systems.
