Broker/Account Manager

OverviewYou'll help prepare submissions, quotes, binders, and other account materials. You'll keep admin tasks moving, help organise information, and support the handoff from quote to policy issue. You'll also help manage lower-complexity accounts and day-to-day client needs.
As you grow in the role, you'll learn how to take accounts to market and bring quotes together to help build deals. Over time, you'll build the skills to take on more of the marketing work and support a wider range of accounts.

- Experience in insurance, risk management, or a related client service role
- Comfort using Excel and working with numbers
- A clear way of writing and speaking with clients and teammates
- Experience with submissions, quotes, binders, or policy issue work
- An organised approach that helps you manage several tasks and deadlines
- Interest in learning account marketing and the placement process
- A team mindset and a willingness to learn

About YouRequired:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
- License required.
