**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the aerospace and defense environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within the location.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or security-related breaches.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and incidents.
+ Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
+ Support emergency response efforts, including evacuation or lockdown procedures, as required by site-specific guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
