Small Groups Coordinator

The Coordinator will provide ministry support and coordination to the Small Group Ministry area of the Victory Midtown Campus. This position will also support and assist the Campus in a variety of areas both administratively and other ministry initiatives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

• You are part of one team taking ownership and responsibility for the care and keeping of this house. You stay willing and eager to serve in big and small ways, from welcoming guests to picking up trash.

Small Group Ministry Support 

• Provides administrative and ministry support to the Small Group Ministry areas for Victory Midtown. 

• Collaborate with different Central Ministry teams to support the global vision of the Small Group Ministry. 

• Coordinate ministry support activities for all types of events for campus Small Groups. 

• Serve as liaison with various Victory teams i.e. Operations, Creative, Strategic & Communication, etc. 

• Oversee scheduling for Small Groups with Calendars, Proposals, Meeting Agendas and recaps, etc. 

• Plan and execute regular ministry events and outreaches for the Small Groups Ministry in collaboration with Small Group Director and Volunteers. 

Campus Support 

• Support Campus Pastor's administratively and in other ministry initiatives. 

• Provides campus wide communication to congregation and volunteers as needed. 

• Oversee scheduling, proposals meeting agendas, recaps and other related areas for Campus Pastor's. 

• Serves in related areas as needed.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience supporting teams, serving church leadership and/or project management experience. 

• Administrative Experience is required . 

• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment 

• Flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings 

• Reliable transportation
