Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to high-acuity ICU patients under physician oversight
- Monitor vital signs, interpret data, manage treatments, and respond to patient changes
- Administer medications, therapies, and devices per physician orders; provide ventilator and hemodynamic support as assigned
- Collaborate with the ICU team and multidisciplinary staff; participate in rounds and care planning
- Document accurately in the electronic health record; update care plans and discharge preparations
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies; respond to emergencies per protocol

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- ICU/critical care nursing experience required (1+ year preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts; 36 hours per week
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- Must reside 80+ miles from the facility
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
