Located just 40 miles north of Atlanta, Cumming is known for its scenic beauty near Lake Lanier, its vibrant historic downtown, and a strong sense of community. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected hospice team in a facility-forward setting supported by leadership in Roswell.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive base salary starting at $90,000, and goes up based on experience
• Health Insurance: Employer covers 75%

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Main coverage area includes a high-acuity hospice facility in Cumming (supported by Roswell team)
• Manage caseload within the facility setting and conduct occasional field visits as needed
• Visit 3 – 5 patients per day
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and compassionate end-of-life care
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions, symptom management, and emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• High-acuity clinical background preferred (ICU, ER, MedSurg, Oncology)
• Previous hospice or home health experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate and driven to provide exceptional care
• Willingness to be trained by the current RN leader, who remains involved in patient management and hiring
