Requirements

• KEY REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to travel for training
• Highly resourceful with problem-solving abilities
• Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals through effective sales techniques
• Implement Stanton Optical's proven Sales Process to provide exceptional service to customers
• Embody our cultural values to contribute to company-wide objectives
• Enhance customer satisfaction by warmly greeting patients, assisting with eyewear selection, and addressing inquiries
• Create an inviting and energetic atmosphere for customers, colleagues, and visitors
• Stay informed about our products, optical solutions, and the latest eyewear trends
• Focus on increasing average purchase values and reducing discounts
• Participate in and facilitate training and coaching for retail associates while adhering to company standards
• Collaborate with fellow associates and communicate directives to ensure smooth operations
• Take ownership of additional duties as assigned
