Onsite: 100% onsite
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering personalized support
• Provide systems and product training to drive engagement and adoption
• Resolve agent questions efficiently, striving for one-call resolution
• Partner with business development and cross-functional teams to improve processes
• Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree required (or equivalent work experience); bachelor’s preferred
• 3–5 years of customer service or sales support experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train, coach, and support agents effectively
