Property Adjuster Daily Marietta GA
CENCO Claims is expanding its field network and is currently seeking a Residential Property Claims Adjuster to service claims in Marietta, GA and nearby communities. This opportunity offers dependable assignment flow, schedule flexibility, and direct access to an experienced claims support team.
Position Overview:
Inspect residential properties to determine scope and cause of loss
Develop accurate repair estimates using Xactimate
Collect comprehensive photo evidence and written documentation
Communicate clearly with homeowners, carriers, and vendors as needed
Submit well-organized claim files that meet carrier expectations
Minimum Qualifications:
Practical experience using Xactimate for estimating
Knowledge of residential construction and property damage evaluation
Strong attention to detail with solid time-management skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Active Georgia or designated home state adjuster license
