TeamOne Logistics in partnership with Artisan Custom Closets is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our woodworking machinery and fleet operating at peak performance!

Artisan Custom Closets is a leading custom closet manufacturer specializing in high-end storage solutions. Their production facility features state-of-the-art CNC equipment, and we take pride in delivering precision and quality.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and emergency maintenance on Homag CNC routers, edge banders, and woodworking machinery.

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.

* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for both equipment and company vehicles.

* Oversee vehicle and fleet maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

* Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.

* Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.

* Maintain detailed records of service and repairs.

* Train and support production staff on proper equipment usage and troubleshooting.Job Requirements:

* 3 years or more industrial maintenance experience, preferably with woodworking/millwork equipment.

* Strong knowledge of CNC routers, edge banders, and saws.

* Hands-on experience managing preventative maintenance programs.
* Must have Level B Training

* Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

* Fleet maintenance experience, including vehicle servicing and DOT compliance (if applicable).

* Familiarity with PLC systems, hydraulics, and compressed air systems is a plus.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.What we offer:
