Peach State Roofing is seeking a Staff Accountant to add to our team! This role will assist in all areas of the Accounting department. The position is located at the Lawrenceville, GA corporate office.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for:
- Preparing invoices and lien waivers for customers
- Logging payments
- Collaborating with Estimators and Sales team to set up new jobs and enter budgets
- Assisting with vendor setup and point of contact
- Entering invoices
- Assisting as needed with Purchase Orders, COI's, and W9s
- General administrative duties including answering phones and filing
Must have general knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and Applicant should also posses a strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Applicant should have be motivated, computer savvy, willing and able to learn quickly, able to multi-task and prioritize, and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry. Prior experience with Sage is a plus, but not required.
Peach State Roofing completes projects throughout the United States. Our corporate office is based just outside of Atlanta, GA and we have 25 fully staffed locations nationwide. Peach State Roofing focuses on private commercial re-roofing projects with single-ply and sheet metal installations.
