Temporary Legal Assistant
A law firm is seeking an experienced Temporary Legal Assistant to support a busy corporate legal team for an approximately 2-month assignment . This is a fully onsite opportunity with standard business hours and an immediate need.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Perform document formatting and edits
- Enter attorney time accurately and timely
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Qualifications:
- Prior legal assistant experience required
- Corporate law firm experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document editing
