Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Flexo Press Operators trained in web press to join our team at our Norcross, Georgia facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team in the hangtags and labels industry.

Position Details:

Position One:

Full-time position, 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday).

Collaborate with a team of 6-7 employees during the shift.

Responsible for running a CLS Insertion Machine.

Position Two:

Full-time Floater, alternating between 1st shift (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) and 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm), with ample overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Flexo Press machinery according to company standards.

Ensure efficient production runs, minimizing downtime and waste.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience as a Flexo Press Operator.

Proficiency in operating web press machinery.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Coachable and trainable attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay range: $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience.

Relocation assistance available with conditions applied.

Paid time off (PTO) for sick leave (1 week annually) and vacation time (1 week prorated for the 1st year, 2 weeks for years 2 and 3, 3 weeks for year four).
