Shift Lead / Supervisor

Join our growing team operating several restaurants inside Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient operations every day.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.

Ensure excellent customer service and food quality standards are met.

Assist with training, scheduling, and daily shift operations.

Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and reports.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a restaurant lead, shift supervisor, or team leader role preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to motivate team members and deliver great guest experiences.

Reliable, positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with brands such as Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Popeyes, McDonald’s, or similar quick-service restaurants is highly desirable.

Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.

Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Train and coach new and existing employees.

Manage cash handling, reconcile drawers, and prepare deposits.

Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment.

Report shift updates and feedback to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant lead or supervisory role preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

Experience as a Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Assistant Manager with brands like Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.
