This role is for an entry level lawn technician for someone with 0-1 years of experience. Additional consideration may be offered for an experienced technician with a current GA Pesticide License Cat 24 (Turf & Ornamental) and Cat 41 (Mosquito). Lawn Doctor is looking for a Part Time or Full Time Lawn Care Technician dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. Our services are focused on being thorough and accurate when applying fertilizer, weed control, insect control, tree & shrub care, fungus control, lawn aeration and other similar programs.

As a Lawn Care Technician at Lawn Doctor, you will be our customer-facing brand ambassador. Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. A Lawn Care Technician also helps out the ownership team with marketing and advertising functions when not servicing customers on the lawn.

The ideal Lawn Care Technician candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, ability to pass a drug screen, reliable transportation to work, and a good attendance record. While we are seeking a full time candidate for this role, we are open to considering part time candidates looking for 24-30 hours of work per week.

Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is always desirable, but must-haves are:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds

Lawn Doctor offers a variety of treatments to help lawns look their best by offering a variety of services designed to keep lawns green, healthy, and beautiful. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
