Seeking a highly organized and energetic individual to facilitate the needs of the VP of Sales and Sales Team.

The qualified applicant must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (specifically Word and Excel). Additionally, a functional knowledge of basic algebra is needed.
The Sales Assistant will perform tasks as needed by the Executive Assistant of sales to include updating forms, maintaining accurate records, professionally addressing customers, and performing additional tasks as assigned or needed. This position has the potential for performance-related incentives and advancement.
The Executive Assistant will also play a fundamental role in the creation, development, and implementation of new organizational systems and procedures where applicable. Creative problem-solving is a must.
Full time (8:30-5) M-F
Must be authorized to work in the USA and pass drug screen test
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $31, 200.00
